By accessing or using JaniSnap, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

JaniSnap is a business tool that helps commercial cleaning companies assign jobs, manage checklists, collect photo proof, and verify work completion. Features may change or improve over time.

Company owners register accounts and are responsible for their organization's use of the service. Employees may only access JaniSnap after being added by their employer.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to use JaniSnap lawfully and only for legitimate business purposes. You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or upload content you do not have the right to share.

You retain ownership of the content you upload, including job photos and related records. You grant JaniSnap a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you and your authorized users.

Paid plans, if offered, are billed according to the pricing shown at signup or in your account. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may update pricing with reasonable notice.

You may stop using JaniSnap at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if continued use poses a risk to the service or other users.

JaniSnap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JaniSnap and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
